Example: Use a symbol indicator

In this example, the symbol indicator monitors the Indicator control to display the mode of operation of a blower. The blower can operate manually or automatically, or it can be turned off.
Example
  1. Create a symbol indicator with three states.
  2. Specify the color red for State 0, yellow for State 1, and green for State 2.
    The application reads the tag you assign to the Indicator control and updates the indicator’s state when the value changes. This state change enables the current operation mode to be displayed.
