Use the DownloadFileStarted event to monitor file downloads in web presentation
engine sessions, and understand browser control of download parameters.
Overview
Use the DownloadFileStarted event to trigger methods when a file download operation
starts in a web presentation engine session. Configure the DownloadFileStarted event
for a UI Session (type) object associated with a web presentation engine.
