Default ports used by FactoryTalk Action Manager

FactoryTalk Action Manager
 uses the following two ports by default:
  • 5671
    for
    FactoryTalk Action Manager
     UI
     service. If this port is allocated by another process, the
    FactoryTalk Action Manager
     user interface cannot be run.
  • 5672
    for
    FactoryTalk Action Manager
     Database Service
    and
    FactoryTalk Action Manager
     UI
     service. If this port is allocated by another process, the
    FactoryTalk Action Manager
     database cannot be established.
If either port is allocated by a different software package, do one of the following:
  • End the process which allocates the port and restart the service in Windows
    Services
    .
  • Change the port.
    • Change
      port
       and
      url
       in C:\Program Files(x86)\Rockwell Software\
      FactoryTalk Action Manager
      \config\default.json. Restart
      FactoryTalk Action Manager
       UI
       service after changing.
    • Change
      port
       and
      url
       in C:\Program Files(x86)\Rockwell Software\
      FactoryTalk Action Manager
      \mongod.cfg. Restart
      FactoryTalk Action Manager
       Database Service
       service and
      FactoryTalk Action Manager
       UI
       service after changing.
