Irish bakery, West-Bake, is transforming its operations through adoption of the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform. Facing the challenge of managing rapid growth, West-Bake sought a scalable digital solution to replace paper-based inventory and quality records.

With the help of Rockwell’s specialists, and support from Cumulus Consulting, it shifted into a tightly integrated system combining manufacturing execution system (MES), quality management (QMS) and later enterprise resource planning (ERP) components – allowing real-time visibility into production, inventory and quality data.
