Develop panels with relative addressing of objects

Develop a panel type with relative addressing of objects to make creating instances of the panel easier.
Application example
Two columns labeled Motor1 and Motor2, each displaying three numeric values. Motor1 column shows 54, 12, and 68; Motor2 column shows 120, 54, and 19.
