Measurement systems are frameworks for expressing physical quantities using standardized units. Common measurement systems include:

objects associate a measurement system with a language. For example, it-US displays text in Italian, but data in the U.S. system of measurement. You can display data in units of measure that are not standard to the measurement system or create customized measurement units.

Use the

Measurement System Map

editor to view units of measure for different measurement systems. To open the editor, select project root and then select

in the

Map of measurement systems

property.
