Transfer Service Ownership

As an owner of a service, you can transfer service ownership to another user.
A new owner can be any user in the whole organizational hierarchy.
  1. From the FactoryTalk Hub menu, select
    Organizations
     or
    Sub-organizations
    .
  2. From the list of organizations or sub-organizations, select the organization or sub-organizations which services ownership you want to transfer.
  3. On the
    Applications
     page, in the
    For you
     tile section, navigate to the service which ownership you want to transfer and select .
  4. Select
    Transfer ownership
    .
  5. When prompted, verify the service which ownership you want to transfer and provide the name of a new owner.
  6. Select
    Transfer
    .
    You are no longer the owner of the service. You are still an administrator and keep access to the organization at the administrator level.
