FactoryTalk AssetCentre version 12 has enhanced the user experience. Users will have an easier time navigating the asset tree and use expanded web client capabilities like Archive which allow users to check files in or out. New features include viewing multiple AssetCentre systems with tabs on a single web browser, supporting FactoryTalk Logix Echo controllers for emulation, and an Asset Lifecycle filter to help with obsolescence plans and determining the difficulty of replacing products at/near the end of their lifecycle. Users will also have increased security capabilities like a ControlLogix source code validation schedule and forward proxy server support to traverse to PCDC for asset lifecycle information.
