Scalar

The Scalar function lets you scale the count, frequency, and acceleration values to user units by multiplying their values in pulses by the Scaling value.

For example, when one encoder revolution is 8192 pulses and you want to read the value in degrees, set the following:

O.Scaling
= 0.0439453125 (= 360/8192)
O.RollunderValue
= 0
O.RolloverValue
= 8192
