Develop a solution that samples and stores data

Create an application that samples the value of a variable on the value change and stores that data in an embedded database.
Application example
Slider control set to approximately 75, table displaying timestamps and corresponding variable values, and a Refresh Data button below the table.

Prerequisites
  1. To develop the project
  2. In
    Project view
    , right-click
    Model
     and select
    New
    Variable
    .
  3. Create a data logger with an embedded database that monitors the value change of the variable. See Add a data logger.
  5. Arrange the interface elements.
  6. Save the project.
