Project Offboarding

If you want to request that a
FactoryTalk DataMosaix SaaS
 tenant related to an expired subscription be deleted independently from Rockwell's standard data retention policies, you can do so by raising a ticket with Tech Support and provide the required details. Once your request has been validated and approved, Rockwell will perform the requested content deletion.
Perform the following steps to initiate the offboarding:
  2. Provide the following details in the ticket:
    • FactoryTalk DataMosaix SaaS
       Organization Name
    • Tenant ID
    • Project
    • Cluster
    • Offboarding initiated by: <your email address>
NOTE:
Perform the following steps to get the details required to fill in the ticket:
  1. Open the
    FactoryTalk DataMosaix SaaS
     portal.
  2. Click [] icon on the top right corner.
  3. Click
    About
  4. Click
    Version, Project and Cluster
