Recipes

Recipes are a list of ingredients in your system. In
FactoryTalk Optix
, configure a Recipes schema to define a set of ingredients to create recipes for your manufacturing system. You can duplicate, edit, and delete recipe schemas.
To display and manage the recipes at runtime, create a Recipes editor. The Recipes editor contains the graphic objects and NetLogix required to display and manage recipes at runtime. Use the Recipes editor to display the ingredients and values of a stored recipe, create or edit a recipe, store a recipe in the database. You can load a recipe from a
FactoryTalk Optix Application
 to the controller or load a recipe from the controller to the
FactoryTalk Optix Application
.
