What's New?
New 1494U Fusible Disconnect Switch and E100 Overload Relay
CENTERLINE® 2100 motor control center units now include enhanced components, including the Bulletin 1494U fusible disconnect switch and the E100™ overload relay.
The E100 electronic overload relay has enhanced features to provide better motor protection including:
- Increased accuracy and repeatability
- Rugged construction with a self-powered design, wide current adjustment range and direct-mount power connections
- An optional pass-through design offers adjustable trip classes / reset modes, ground fault and jam projection and external current transformer configurations for more versatility and expandability.
Complete MCC Solution for Modbus TCP
The new Modbus TCP communication module developed in partnership with HMS Networks provides a complete integration solution, acting as a native device on Modbus TCP control systems. It reduces hardware costs and integration effort by serving as the single integration product for all the smart devices with an MCC.
Units Rated for Functional Safety
PowerFlex 755 and PowerFlex 753 drive units can now support functional safety ratings as a standard order. They include SISTEMA files and support sub-systems up to SIL 3, PLe, Cat. 3. making it easier to design and install a safety system.
