Configure sequencing parameters

Configure the
Value
and
Initial Value
 on sequencing input parameters and
Initialize As Valid
and
Expression
attributes on sequencing output parameters. Both types of sequencing parameters have a
Description
attribute
that can be configured.
TIP:
To quickly find sequencing parameters in the Sequence Tag Editor, use the
Show
 list to select the
Sequencing Parameters
 option.
To configure sequencing parameters:
  1. In the Sequence Tag Editor, find the sequencing input parameter or sequencing output parameter to configure.
  2. Select the sequencing input parameter and do these steps:
  1. (Optional) Enter a value in
    Initial Value
    .
  2. (Optional) Enter a value in
    Value
    .
  3. (Optional) Enter text in
    Description
    .
  1. Select a sequencing output parameter and do these steps:
  1. (Optional) Enter a value in
    Initial Value
    .
  2. (Optional) Select
    Initialize as Valid
    as needed.
  3. Enter an expression in
    Expression
    .
  4. (Optional) Enter text in
    Description
    .
