Adam has over twenty years 20 years’ experience in the resources sector, throughout Australia, Africa and South-East Asia. He has previously worked for oilfield service companies including Baker Hughes GE, Weatherford and Schlumberger in field service, business development, account management and sales roles. These roles have been offshore and onshore field based and business development focused roles focused on petro-technical software, SaaS cloud-based data management for seismic and well data and most recently digital transformation and hardware.

Derek brings a real-world operations-focused perspective to the Digitalization 4.0 forefront having spent most of the last 10 years in the North American artificial lift market holding key roles such as Field Engineer, Production Engineer, and Product & Service Delivery Manager with Schlumberger Technology.

Having over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Management experience in Heavy Industry including Oil & Gas and having held a range of Technical and Commercial roles in the Process Control and Industrial Engineering industries Karel has seen and promoted the evolution of Automation and Control Systems going from very discrete, to near autonomous process operations. Assisting customers in adopting new technologies with Cloud, IOT, Industry 4.0, and now Industry 5.0, creating value to align with business outcomes. Karel deals with a number of Industries, promoting best practice and cross-pollination of ideas that is creating a more connected world and expanding human possibility.
