The Augumented reality app can be downloaded for free from Apple App Store or Google Play and enables an operator on site to take pictures for remote assistance carried out by a service engineer who will guide the operator through the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), adding notes that will automatically be associated to the picture.

The Augumented reality app can be installed on iOS and Android devices. Once you have installed the app, associate it with the domain prior to using it.
