Create a variable

Create a variable for an object or variable in the folder in
Project
view
. The new variable displays values specified in
Properties
 at runtime.
  1. In
    Project view
    , select the folder to contain the variable.
  2. In the view toolbar, select
    Add
    new
     and then select
    All > Model
    .
  3. Select the variable type:
    • Variable
    • Analog
      Variable
    • Node
      pointer
  4. (optional) To display and select a different data type, select
    Show all
     and then select the data type.
The new variable appears in
Properties
.
