Eclipse Mosquitto broker
Push Agent supports the following modes of communication with the Mosquitto broker.
- Anonymous
- Send and receive messages without authenticating with the broker.
- Authenticated
- Send and receive messages once authenticated with username and password.
- Secured
- Send and receive encrypted messages through SSL.
TIP:
Adapt the broker configuration to your needs. Select the communication mode and port.
- Port 1883
- Used for an anonymous/authenticated communication.
- Port 8883
- Used for secured communication.
