The data is from our most recent annual submission to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which reflects data as of October, 2020. The EEO-1 report is filed annually and provides a demographic breakdown of the employer’s workforce by race and gender. Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the EE0-1 reporting process was postponed approximately 18 months. This most recent version (2020) was due Oct 25, 2021. The 2021 data will, most likely, be due in October 2022 but the date has not yet been released by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
