Mark Bottomley is Regional Vice-President, Sales, North, for Rockwell Automation. In his role, Mark is dedicated to delivering the company’s strategy to bring the Connected Enterprise to life.
Under his leadership, Rockwell Automation integrates control and information to help make industrial companies and their people more productive and the world more sustainable. Mark accelerates the company’s approach in his region by focusing on understanding customer needs and their best opportunities for productivity, combining our technology and domain expertise to deliver positive business outcomes.
Joining Rockwell Automation in 2007 as sales manager in Ireland, Mark has held several leadership positions in the company, including the EMEA life sciences business and all business in the United Kingdom.
Mark is highly regarded blogger, speaker and thought leader who is regularly featured in a variety of business and trade media. He is a strong advocate of social selling and highly adept at sharing his knowledge with a variety of audiences, especially on topics close to his heart, including industrial productivity, workforce empowerment, STEM, business issues in the UK and the Industrial Internet of Things.
Originally from Swindon, England, Mark graduated from the University of Manchester with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He and his wife Cathy have four children.
