Emonitor® Condition Monitoring Capabilities

Emonitor includes the widest range of data harvesting tools available today. Using these tools, Emonitor can readily fulfill these requirements:

Emonitor supports the latest generation of the Enpac® Windows CE-based data collectors. It also supports the Datapac® family of collectors, as well as previous generation Entek products and many data collectors from other suppliers. Emonitor can also support streams of data coming in from a variety of permanently installed sensors or systems, including:

• Surveillance Vibration Data Collection (Allen-Bradley XM Series)
• Protection Data Collection
• Process Historian Gateways
• OPC (OLE for Process Control)

In addition to these data sources, Emonitor can manage images (in any of over thirty file formats) and ActiveX data objects. This is particularly useful for infrared thermography data, magnified images of oil samples, or other condition indicating technologies. The software's advanced capabilities (statistical alarms, condition-based diagnostics, and state-based alarms) become even more powerful when used with the broad range of data that Emonitor can harvest and store. This range also ensures that Emonitor can meet the measurement requirements of your plant machinery.
