Security Services
Properly Deployed Security Technology, Policies, Procedures and Behavior Help Manage Risk
Security services can help you realize the value and benefits of manufacturing convergence and negate the impact of an incorrectly designed or deployed network.
The Network & Security Services team collaborates with you to help manage the differences between manufacturing and IT enterprises and their associated risks. This can be done not only through technology, but policies, procedures and behavior — allowing you to achieve your production and business goals.
No matter where you are in your security lifecycle, Security Services can help improve system reliability and increase overall equipment effectiveness.

Security Program Development
This is the encompassing offering that will help to step you through creating a Security Program — from developing your security policy to designing your infrastructure.
- Security Policy Development is a collaborative effort between you and Rockwell Automation to assist in creating your security policy. You will receive recommendations to be incorporated in a standards document based on a blend of industry standards and your requirements.
- Security Design Development offers you a design framework document that can be implemented by a network or IT security specialist to a full design package, or any subset in between. The required deliverables you will receive will be determined during your collaboration at the start of the service. Design development can be the network design or a portion such as remote access.
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP) helps minimize the effects when necessary resources are no longer available or functional to you when trying to conduct business. Security Consultants collaborate with you to help develop new business continuity plans or review existing that stem from your business impact analysis. This helps to identify continuity risks, evaluate existing preventive controls, develop mitigation and recovery strategies, and develop and document roles, responsibilities and actions within the contingency plans.
- Disaster Recovery Planning & Incident Response Planning is a specific portion of the Business Continuity Planning in support of the overall Security Program for the controls environment. Putting these plans in place can help assist you in recovering from a major disaster to a simple mistake.
