You will receive a review of your employees' current skill and knowledge levels, a customized set of recommendations to close any performance gaps, a training curriculum plan, and a strategy for getting started.
- How long will the analysis process take?
That depends on the number of interview candidates and automation products covered in the analysis.
- How can you guarantee an improvement in performance metrics
We can't guarantee any firm numbers. However, by implementing our recommendations, we can predict up to 10% overall improvement in your workers' skill and knowledge levels that transfers to greater overall efficiency. This improvement will be seen as a positive change in your plant metrics.
- Does the price of the analysis include the cost of the solution?
No, the Integrated Performance Assessment is a standalone, consultative service. A separate implementation proposal is prepared at the customer's request.
- Can I use Rockwell Automation Training Vouchers to purchase an Integrated Performance Assessment?
Yes, you can purchase an Integrated Performance Assessment using vouchers from your Training Voucher Account. When vouchers are redeemed for custom services, such as the Integrated Performance Assessment, the original voucher purchase price will be used to determine the voucher redemption quantity.
- What if it turns out that I don't need any training?
Many customers use the Integrated Performance Assessment process to validate the current level of performance or the training programs that they already have in place. The report will confirm the current skill and knowledge levels on your team.
- How do you use metrics in this analysis?
Metrics are used to help us understand your current productivity. By having metric data, we can measure where you are now in comparison to where you want to be. With this information, we can better understand how skill and knowledge deficiencies are impacting your plant's productivity, and then close those gaps.
- My plant has three shifts. How are you going to cover the workers on all three shifts?
We can cover all three shifts. Before we begin, we request an interview schedule for your employees so we can plan accordingly for your shift structure.
- I just spent a lot of money on new hardware. How can your analysis service help me?
The customer's investment in human capital is typically higher than their investment in hardware. The Integrated Performance Assessment will help measure and ensure that the human performance factor allows the customer to receive the best return on the hardware investment through overall performance of the system.
- Where is the recommended training conducted?
As part of the analysis, we identify specific constraints with regard to how the training solution will be delivered to you. We determine those constraints at the start of the analysis.
- Does this service cover other manufacturers' products?
Yes, we can cover third-party automation products. If they are specified as part of the analysis, we research the tasks that your employees perform on third-party products and include them as part of the analysis.
