With a Plant Baseline Evaluation from Rockwell Automation, our experienced support engineers gather performance data from new or existing machines and analyze it relative to optimum operating conditions. We then provide a comprehensive report that identifies current or potential problems and provides a course of action to resolve or prevent them.

Features
A Plant Baseline Evaluation can include the following services:
- Identify all items to be evaluated (e.g., drives, controllers, software, networks)
- Evaluate all AC, DC, tachometer, resolver and other devices mounted external to the drive cabinet
- Perform a section-by-section check of all items on the evaluation list
- Measure and record oscilloscope signals for each drive (e.g., incoming ac power, motor current feedback)
- Perform vibration, thermography, and other condition monitoring services
