Oil Analysis Products
Oil Analysis is an integral part of machinery condition monitoring program. Rockwell Automation's Proactive Maintenance philosophy through root cause oil analysis is a major weapon in customer's fight against maintenance costs. Rockwell Automation offers a comprehensive range of on-site oil analysis tools as follows:
- digital Contam-Alert® (dCA) (dCA) — to measure the particle counts and proactively monitor oil cleanliness;
- digital Visc-Alert® (dVA) — to measure the absolute viscosity and determine the remaining useful life of the oil;
- ferrous Contam-Alert® (fCA) — to measure the ferrous particle counts and detect abnormal gear, bearing, and pump wear;
- Moist Alert ™ In-line Humidity Sensor — to measure the relative humidity and detect moisture present in oils, lubricants, and hydraulic fluids;
- Lubelink™ Software — to interface oil sensors directly from PC and display measurement results per ISO 4406:1999, ISO 4406:1987, and several industry standards.
