  • System Warranty

    Anorad Corporation warranties its products to be free form defects in material and workmanship, should they occur during the warranty period of one year. Anorad's warranty begins on the date of shipment (FOB Shirley, New York). Anorad's warranty only covers those items that were sold in the original order and are used and maintained, as originally specified in the original order. Any changes to the original specifications will not be covered under warranty without prior approval in writing from authorized Anorad personnel.

    Anorad limits total liability to the repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning Anorad equipment only. Anorad will not incur the cost for work performed on Anorad equipment by the buyer unless prior written approval is obtained from Anorad. Anorad is not responsible for Anorad equipment which the buyer has failed to maintain to specifications provided in the appropriate maintenance manual.

    Anorad will, after determining its liability under this warranty, ship warranty replacement parts via standard air. The cost of overnight or other special handling will be incurred by the buyer. Anorad is not liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning part or equipment.

    If the equipment malfunction cannot be rectified by normal maintenance adjustments, telephone consultation with Anorad, or installation repair or replacement parts, then Anorad can request the buyer to ship the equipment to Anorad, at its main headquarters, with transportation pre-paid. Anorad will evaluate its liability under this warranty, act accordingly, and ship the equipment to the buyer with transportation prepaid. If Anorad deems the equipment malfunction not covered by this warranty , then Anorad will notify the buyer before proceeding with any repair.

    If the buyer is unable to return the malfunctioning equipment to Anorad, then Anorad will provide Field Service personnel under the following conditions:

    1. First three months - no charge for parts, labor, travel or expenses relating to a defect in material or workmanship. This applies to travel within the United States and Canada only. The following items are excluded and considered NON-WARRANTY and are billable to customer unless they were part of the original order:
      1. Installation of Equipment; Alignment, adjustment and set-up.
      2. Training; Operator, electrical, mechanical or maintenance.
      3. Software Assistance; Assisting in having equipment perform certain applications or programs 

        OR 
    2. Remaining nine months:
      1. Anorad's total liability is for warrantied parts and labor.
      2. Buyer will incur the cost of travel and other expenses and will issue a purchase order number to cover these expenses prior to beginning the service call.
      3. Buyer agrees that the cost to rectify any condition deemed by Anorad as not covered by this warranty will be billed to the buyer at the current hourly rate and/or materials cos
  • International Warranty

    Anorad Corporation warranties its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, should they occur during the warranty period of one year.     If the equipment malfunction cannot be rectified by normal maintenance adjustments, telephone consultation with Anorad, or installation repair or replacement parts, then Anorad can request the buyer to ship the equipment to Anorad, at its main headquarters, with transportation prepaid. Anorad will evaluate its liability under this warranty, act accordingly and ship the equipment to the buyer with transportation prepaid. If Anorad deems the equipment malfunction to be not covered by this warranty , then Anorad will notify the buyer before proceeding with any repair.

    If the buyer is unable to return the malfunctioning equipment to Anorad, then Anorad will provide Field Service personnel under the following conditions:

    1. Anorad's total liability is for warranty parts and labor.
    2. The buyer will incur the cost of travel and other expenses and must issue a purchase order number to cover these expenses prior to beginning the service call.
    3. Buyer agrees that the cost to rectify any condition deemed by Anorad as not covered by this warranty will be billed to the buyer at the current hourly rate and/or materials cost.
  • Spare Parts Warranty

    Anorad Corporation warranties its spare parts to be free of defects, in material or workmanship, for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment. This warranty covers all parts and labor associated with the spare parts.

    Anorad's total liability is limited to replacing or repairing the defective spare part.

    Anorad will, after consultation, ship warranty replacement parts via standard carrier for replacement. Any requests for shipments overnight will be at buyer's expense. Anorad will not accept any charges for work performed by the buyer in replacing, and or adjusting the spare part. Anorad will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning spare part.

    If the malfunctioning spare part cannot be corrected by normal maintenance adjustments, telephone consultation with Anorad, or installation or replaced or repaired parts, then Anorad can request the buyer to ship the spare part back to the buyer prepaid. Anorad will evaluate, repair or replace any warranty defects, and ship it back the buyer prepaid. If an out-of-warranty condition exists, Anorad will notify the buyer of the repair or replacement cost before proceeding.

    If the malfunctioning spare part cannot be returned to Anorad, then Anorad will provide field service personnel under the following conditions:

    1. Anorad's total liability will be for warranty spare parts during the twelve (12) month period. Any parts during this period will be only be covered under warranty for the balance of the remaining original twelve (12) month warranty period only.
    2. Buyer will issue purchase order number to cover labor, travel and expenses.
    3. Any conditions deemed non-warranty will be billed to the buyer at the current labor rate.
  • Field Service Repair Warranty

    Anorad Corporation warranties its Field Service repairs to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from date of service. This warranty covered all parts and labor associated with the repaired portion of system.

    Anorad's total liability is limited to replacing or repairing the part that was serviced.

    Anorad will, after consultation, ship warranty replacement parts via standard carrier for replacement. Any request for shipments overnight will be at the expense of the buyer. Anorad will not accept any charges for work performed by the buyer in replacing and/or adjusting the repaired part. Anorad will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning part.

    If the malfunctioning part cannot be corrected by normal maintenance adjustments, telephone consultations with Anorad, or installation of replaced parts, then Anorad can request the buyer ship the part back to Anorad with the transportation prepaid. Anorad will evaluate, repair or replace any warranty defects, and ship it back to the buyer prepaid. If any out-of -warranty condition exists, Anorad will notify the buyer of the repair or replacement cost before processing the repair.

    If the malfunctioning part cannot be returned to Anorad, then Anorad will provide field service personnel under the following conditions:

    1. Anorad's total liability will be for the repaired parts and labor.
    2. Buyer will issue purchase order number to cover travel and expenses.
    3. Any condition deemed non-warranty will be billed to the buyer at the current labor rate
  • Reconditioned Components Warranty

    Anorad Corporation warranties reconditioned components to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of shipment. This warranty covered parts only.

    Anorad's total liability is limited to replacing or repairing of the part.

    Anorad will, after consultation, ship reconditioned warranty replacement parts, via standard transportation. Any requests for shipments overnight will be at the expense of the buyer. Anorad will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning part.

    If the malfunctioning part cannot be corrected by normal maintenance adjustments, telephone consultations with Anorad or installation of replaced or repaired parts, then Anorad can request the buyer, to ship the part back to Anorad with the transportation prepaid. Anorad will evaluate, repair or replace any warranty defects, and ship the part back to the buyer prepaid. If an out- of-warranty condition exists, Anorad will notify the buyer of the repair or replacement cost before processing the repair.

    If the malfunctioning part cannot be returned to Anorad, then Anorad will provide field service personnel under the following conditions:

    1. Buyer will issue a purchase order number to cover travel, expenses and labor.
    2. Any condition deemed non-warranty will be billed to the buyer at the field service rates.
    3. labor rate and/or materials cost.
  • Refurb/PCB Repair Warranty

    Anorad Corporation warranties its repairs to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) months from date of shipment. This warranty covers all parts and labor associated with the repaired part.

    Anorad's total liability is limited to replacing or repairing the part.

    Anorad will, after consultation, ship warranty replacement parts, via standard carrier for replacement. Any requests for shipments overnight will be at the expense of the buyer. Anorad will not accept any charges for work performed by the buyer and/or adjusting the repaired part. Anorad will not be liable for any delay or damage caused by the malfunctioning part.

    If the malfunctioning part cannot be corrected by normal maintenance adjustments, telephone consultations with Anorad, or installation of replaced or repaired parts, then Anorad can request the buyer, to ship the part back to Anorad with the transportation prepaid. If an out-of-warranty condition exists, Anorad will notify the buyer of the repair or replacement cost before processing the repair.

    If the malfunctioning part cannot be returned to Anorad, then Anorad will provide field service personnel under the following conditions:

    1. Anorad's total liability will be for the repaired parts during the three (3) month period. Any parts replaced during this period will only be covered under warranty for the balance of the remaining original three (3) months warranty period only.
    2. Buyer will issue a purchase order number to cover travel and expenses.
    3. Any condition deemed non-warranty will be billed to the buyer at the current labor rate.
