• What information will I need for RSTechED Online Registration?

• What is the deadline to sign up for RSTechED?
  • The deadline to reserve your hotel room at the group rate is May 1, 2008.
  • The deadline for general registration for new attendees is May 22, 2008.
  • The deadline for selecting and changing sessions online is May 22, 2008.
• What is the price that will be charged on my credit card for RSTechED Registration?
  • The price for RSTechED is $1,399.00 USD.
  • There is an Early Bird Registration price of $1,099 USD thru April 15, 2008.
  • There is no discount available based on the number of classes you attend or do not attend.
• What is included in my RSTechED registration fee?
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks served daily
  • Event CD and Lab Manuals
  • RSTechED Registration Packet
  • Sunday — Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday — EDfest, Hospitality Event
  • Your selected sessions
• What if I forgot to reserve a hotel room or I had problems registering for one online?
  • You can go back into the RSTechED online registration process (even after selecting and paying for classes) and still register for a hotel room, or make changes to your hotel registration.
• If I have registered for RSTechED and am unable to attend, can someone else from my company attend in my place?
  • Please go to the Policies page for information.
• Can I change my class schedule at a later date?
  • As long as the class is not full, you can go online to change sessions until May 22, 2008. There will also be kiosks at the event to allow you to change your sessions.
• When will my credit card be charged for RSTechED registration?
  • The registration fee will be billed to your credit card immediately upon registering for the event, and an invoice will be sent to your attention via e-mail. Your credit card line item will state "RSTechED".
