- BradCommunications — eNetMeter DN
Monitor real-time network health with BradCommunications™ eNetMeter™ DN. BradCommunications™ eNetMeter™ DN is a passive device that continuously monitors a DeviceNet network and sends the information over Ethernet to a PLC or PC monitoring system. eNetMeter DN can be used with any DeviceNet network where the customer wishes to monitor network data using Ethernet. eNetMeter DN will typically be installed within an industrial enclosure, and one unit connects directly to a DeviceNet network without affecting network traffic. It provides extremely accurate measurements of the network parameters using high-speed sampling. Cognex® offers three new color vision systems for the In-Sight® Micro product line, making the world’s smallest vision system even better. - Ultra Electronics — ControlNet Fiber Optic Communication Modules
EOTec 2C31 (single self-healing ring) and 2C32 (dual selfhealing ring) communication modules provide multiple communication paths between the various elements of the control system utilizing advanced Downstream Multicasting technology. In the event of a failure on one communication path, communications are maintained along a secondary path or, in the case of a dual ring, tertiary paths. Downstream Multicasting transmits an incoming message in multiple directions and insures that while directing the message toward all nodes in the ring it is never retransmitted back to the point of origin.
