Hotel Reservations

Register for your Automation Fair Hotel room as part of Automation Fair Event Registration.

To edit or cancel an existing hotel reservation go to the reservation website, email automationfair@experient-inc.com, or call 866-229-3691 or 301-694-5243 (International), or by fax at 301-694-5124. After October 27, 2009, please contact your hotel directly.

Rockwell Automation-contracted hotels

Please do not contact the hotels direct. Hotel reservations are made during the Event Registration process. Automation Fair rates listed below are only available thru the online hotel registration system.

New Hotel Reservations Cutoff Date: Oct. 16

Deadline to make NEW reservations with the Automation Fair housing bureau is Friday, Oct. 16. Anyone needing a new reservation after Oct. 16 will call the hotel of their choice direct and advise they are attending Automation Fair. If the hotel has availability in the block at the block rate, they will offer the Convention room rate. If Rockwell Automation has sold out the contracted room block, the rate offered will be rack rate. (Please Note that after Oct, 16, the housing bureau may still be open for changes and cancellations to existing reservations that were made on or before Oct. 16.)

Housing Bureau Site Shutoff Date: Oct. 23

After Oct. 23, all hotel transactions will be handled direct with the hotels. The Housing Bureau will be closed completely, and guests will need to contact their assigned hotels beginning Oct. 26.

Request "in-house" or "group" reservations

Hotel Dark Period For Marriott and Red Lion: Oct. 19-23

From Oct. 19-23, all guests with hotel reservations at the Marriott and Red Lion should hold off on making changes or cancellations until Oct, 26. During this period, hotels will be downloading all Automation Fair room lists and updates. If you call the hotels during this "dark period," they may not have all information captured in their reservation system.

The Automation Fair Housing Bureau will continue to accept changes and cancels for the Hilton, Hyatt, Disneyland Hotel, and Disney's Paradise Pier up to Oct. 23.

Hotel Dark Period For Hilton, Hyatt, Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Paradise Pier: Oct. 26 -30

From Oct. 26-30, all guests with hotel reservations at the Hilton, Hyatt, Disneyland Hotel, and Disney's Paradise Pier should hold off on making changes or cancellations until Oct. 30. During this period, hotels will be downloading all Automation Fair room lists and updates. If you call the hotels during this "dark period," they may not have all information captured in their reservation system.
