Biographies
- Michael Senske is President and CEO at Pearson Packaging Systems, Spokane Washington. He joined Pearson in 1997 and has held a variety of management positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President Sales & Marketing. He became President and CEO in 2003. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program. Mr. Senske is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) - Pacific Northwest Chapter and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Colmac Holding Company. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Greater Spokane Incorporated and also serves as the Chairman of Empire Health Foundation.
- Andy Pringle is the Engineering Director for Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) headquartered in Green Bay Wisconsin. He has worked at PCMC's Europe and North American facilities. In his current role, he is responsible for all US and Canada machine developments, aftermarket modifications, upgrades and rebuilds. He has 20 years of hands-on and post-graduate academic experience in mechanical, electrical and software engineering associated with automated machinery. His leadership approach is people-centric with a technical focus — passionately driving standardization and process improvement within a custom engineering environment.
- Harald Bergermann
is the Sales and Project Manager for automated material flow solutions at Grenzebach Automation. He is experienced in cost optimization of AGV, overhead conveyors, roller beds, chain conveyors, dynamic simulation and system automation and is responsible for developing technical solutions for customer problems. As Project Manager with the worldwide Grenzebach Group, he develops these solutions directly on site until the production-related goals are reached. - Christopher Zei is Vice President & General Manager, global OEM business, at Rockwell Automation and is responsible for global sales, strategy and business development for all Rockwell Automation OEM-directed solutions. Zei is a marketing, strategic development, operations and management veteran of technology-related companies.
