Based on customer feedback, we have implemented improvements to the call menu to enable you to get through to a Representative much quicker. The message prompts have been modified to make them easier to understand and to allow you to select the right option.

We have also added an option which enables you to contact a specific individual directly if you have their contact details and if they are unavailable, you can chose to leave a voicemail or return to the main menu for alternative options.

Press 1 to enter a specific extension number Press 2 to speak to our Inside Sales team who can help you with pre-sales product support and quotations Press 3 for inquiries about price & availability, orders, order status, expedites, deliveries, repairs, returns, etc. Press 4 to obtain Technical Support which includes Telephone Support, Field service Support or Contract Support Press 5 for Customer Training queries Press 6 to speak to the switchboard who can redirect you to other individuals or departments  
         
Enter the 5 digit extension number of the individual you wish to speak with or if the person is not available you can leave a voicemail or choose to go back to the main menu     Press 1 and enter your authorisation number to reach the Technical Support menu or dial the team directly via the number on your TechConnect contract Press 2 to request and schedule a Field Service Engineer Press 3 for support on TechConnect Contract Press 4 to get to the contract menu or dial the team directly via the number on your contract
