Email Invitations

Operations Hub provides you with the ability to invite others to participate in your organization. Once the new user account’s details are provided, an email invitation will be delivered to them. The available resources and roles for invitees are:
Resources
  • Organization
  • Service: FactoryTalk Optix
  • Service: FactoryTalk Remote Access
  • Service: FactoryTalk Vault
Role
  • Admin
  • BillingAdmin
  • Contributor
To send an Invitation to join  your organization:
  1. On the Hub Manager page, select the
    OPEN
    button to the right of Invite Users.
  2. Choose a resource and a role for the new User.
  3. Enter the User’s email address into the text field. Use a semicolon to separate multiple email addresses.
  4. Select
    SEND INVITE
    to send an email invite to the specified User.
You can also share a join request link by copying the URL on the right side of the screen and emailing it to the person you wish to add. You can set their access levels as you approve them.
