"I have an idea."
How many times have you said that at a meeting, and then that idea turns into helping your customer save time, money and increase their productivity?

Last month, at our staff meeting, that's all it took to get a new project started, and I volunteered to lead it. It's exciting. My days are flying by, and shortly halfway around the world children are going to have cleaner drinking water because of it.
