Anorad will again be exhibiting at SEMICON West, July 12-14 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, and July 14-16 at the San Jose Convention Center. If you're visiting the show in San Francisco, be sure to stop by the Rockwell Automation booth (#5214) or if you are in San Jose stop by the Anorad Booth (#11927) to check out a host of Anorad high precision motion solutions, all geared towards OEM semiconductor tool manufacturers.

At the Moscone Center, you'll see many great examples of wafer test and inspection motion platforms. Our MicroglideT T350 single plane air bearing is ideal for optical or laser scanning applications, while an extremely stiff four-axis XYZT system is well suited for wafer probing. A wafer probing demonstration of our XY vacuum stage and patented vacuum motors which are ideally suited for high vacuum applications down to 10 -7 Torre.

At the San Jose Convention Center, you'll see the introduction of our new low cost High Performance Gantry (HPG) offering scaleable system flexibility for travel and motor performance.

Other motion systems to be displayed include a 3-axis High Precision Wafer positioning stage with coplanar air bearings and integrated theta axes. Also on display will be an integrated XY crossed roller bearing stage for AOI applications.
