As an engaged business partner, we believe in Engineering our Future™ and therefore invest in academic programs that prepare and inspire students for careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). We are focusing our efforts on creating the next generation of innovative thinkers and problem solvers.

Educational Partnerships

Rockwell Automation's pillar programs, Project Lead the Way (PLTW) and FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), were selected to help us build a global pipeline of students who can be potential candidates for our scholarship and internship programs. We invest in STEM education through these selected in-school and after-school programs.

Higher Education

We are expanding relationships with the world's top engineering and technology universities and colleges. Education is a critical link in our STEM education continuum and we provide scholarships at many of our key universities.
