Lee Tschanz
Vice President, North America Sales, Global Sales & Marketing


Lee Tschanz, vice president, North America Sales, Global Sales and Marketing at Rockwell Automation provides leadership and strategic direction for the Sales force in the North America region. He is responsible for driving the North American Accelerated Growth Sales Model, current growth initiative performance while positioning the sales organization for future accelerated growth and improved sales force effectiveness.

Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) is the company's customer-facing organization, bringing together global Sales regions, Channels and Marketing, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Sales Operations and focused selling resources for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Global Accounts, and Oil & Gas.

With more than 30 years of experiences and a diverse background in the automation and control industry, Lee brings a wealth of experience to his current role. He originally joined the Sales organization at Rockwell Automation in 1993. He has since held numerous positions of increasing responsibility and leadership, including regional vice president, Western region; district manager, Milwaukee; regional channel manager; industry account manager; and senior account sales engineer.

Prior to joining the company, Lee  held a variety of roles ranging from product development engineering, product maintenance engineering and manufacturing support engineering, as well as engineering management roles at industry-leading companies such as Honeywell, Square D and Allen-Bradley. In 1983, he was awarded a patent for a coil assembly apparatus for an IEC contactor at Square D.

Lee holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
