Lee Tschanz
Vice President, North America Sales


With over 27 years of experience and a diverse background in the automation and control industry, Lee Tschanz provides leadership and strategic direction for the North America Sales Force. In 1993, Tschanz returned to Rockwell Automation’s Sales organization and quickly assumed positions of increasing responsibility and leadership. These roles include: regional vice president, West U.S.; district manager, Milwaukee district; regional channel manager; industry account manager, and senior account sales engineer.

In his current role Tschanz oversees the regional vice presidents for the US and Canada and the vice president, Industry Solutions, North America. He is responsible for driving the implementation of the North American Accelerated Growth Sales Model, one focused on delivering current growth initiative performance while positioning the sales organization for future accelerated growth and improved sales force effectiveness.

Tschanz holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
